At Soaring Community Empowerment Initiative (SCEI), we are dedicated to fostering personal growth, leadership development, and community empowerment for women and youth in the Wakiso district. Our Mission
Focused on empowering women and youth in Wakiso district and Uganda, we aim to equip them with the necessary tools and opportunities for leadership and community involvement. Our mission also includes building partnerships, advocating for systemic changes, and promoting equal rights to enhance food security and health outcomes.

To catalyze transformative change, fostering resilient communities where women and youth lead with purpose, enjoy equal rights, opportunities for growth, improved health, and are protected from climate change effects.
Our Objectives
Foster intergenerational mentorship programs to bridge knowledge gaps, encouraging wisdom and skills transfer between older and younger community members.
Advocate for gender equality, ensuring individual rights are respected and protected.

Our Programs
Leadership Training
Our leadership training programs are designed to equip women and youth with the skills and knowledge needed to take on leadership roles within their communities.
